James Hengsterman-Cash is Director of Security at Eightfold, a company focused on integrating AI applications in Human Resources and delivering technology at scale to help organizations recruit talent efficiently, retain top talent, and upskill/reskill their entire workforce. Before joining Eightfold, James was a Public Sector Security Director. Before that, he served in several security leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, General Dynamics Information Technology, and the United States Department of Defense.

James is a certified CISO with a wide range of certifications, including ISC2, CompTIA, CIW, and more. Last year, he earned the Cybersecurity Leadership and CISO Executive Certificates from Duke University.
